I have a Kodak Easy Share CX7430 dig cam that I need to transfer a video from to a retentiveness fleck. When I put the chip in - information technology tells me the INTERNAL memory is full (no ***!) that'southward why I want to xfr it to a retentiveness fleck. This is the nigh annoying Hard to Employ stupid thing - why don't they make EASIER TO OPERATE , USER FRIENDLY cameras?!
When I xfr it to the EasyShare photo album all I become is the blank grey 'picture' with the jagged line in the middle. Pictures will xfr , just non the videos.

Have yous tried to movement the file without using the Piece of cake Share software? By this I mean take you tried the memory card in a carte reader on the computer?
